I recently flew with Batik Air from the Batik Air BTH Terminal at Hang Nadim Airport in Batam. The terminal was easy to get around, check-in was quick, and the staff were helpful. Security was smooth and didn’t take long. There were enough places to sit and grab a small snack while waiting. Boarding started on time and was well-organized. The Batik Air BTH Terminal made the travel process simple and stress-free.
